Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS in India is seeking a Manager Operations for International Domestic campaigns to lead a multi-location BPO team. The role requires strong people skills and process discipline.

You will drive throughput, monitor attrition shrinkage, conduct weekly reviews, and ensure staff retention while meeting organizational goals. Prior experience in a BPO voice environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in International Domestic campaigns.
• Currently at Deputy Manager or Manager level on paper.
• Experience handling 50-70 agents.
• Familiar with KPI, RCA and 7QC tools.
• Only from a BPO voice process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly team reviews and drive performance toward goals.
• Retain staff within the team.
• Lead operations for international domestic campaigns.
• Monitor throughput and shrinkage metrics.
