Job summary

TransformPlus is seeking a Manager Operations for International Domestic campaigns to lead a multi-functional operations team across Pan India. The role demands hands-on leadership, process optimization, and a strong focus on service delivery in a high-volume BPO environment. Joining date is within 30 days.

The salary package ranges from Rs. 12 LPA to Rs. 16 LPA with additional benefits, and a hybrid/remote working arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Domestic campaigns.
• Currently at Deputy Manager or Manager level on paper for International Domestic campaigns.
• Experience with throughput calculations like attrition shrinkage.
• Managed teams of 50–70 agents.
• Responsible for staff retention and weekly team reviews.
• Knowledge of KPI, RCA, and 7QC tools.
• Only candidates from a BPO voice process.
