Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Manager Operations for an International Domestic campaign. The role offers a salary package of Rs. 12 LPA to 16 LPA with additional benefits, and joining date within 30 days.

Location is Pan India with WFO/Hybrid/WFH options. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in International Domestic campaigns, lead a 50–70 agent team, and manage weekly reviews to meet targets. Candidates should come from a BPO voice background, be strong in throughput calculations and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in International Domestic campaign.
• Should be Deputy Manager or Manager on papers for International Domestic campaign.
• Must be from a BPO voice process.
• Should know throughput calculation such as attrition shrinkage calculation.
• Should have handled 50–70 agents.
• Should conduct weekly team reviews and drive goal attainment.
• Responsible for staff retention within the team.
• Familiar with KPI, RCA, 7QC tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize operations for International Domestic campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of agents and supervisors.
• Ensure service levels and quality metrics are met.
