Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Manager Operations for International Domestic campaigns. The role involves leading a team of 50-70 agents, conducting weekly reviews, and ensuring achievement of organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in International Domestic campaigns, and be currently operating as a Deputy Manager or Manager. Strong knowledge of KPI, RCA, and 7QC tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Domestic campaigns.
• Currently at Deputy Manager or Manager level on paper for International Domestic campaigns.
• Experience with throughput calculations and attrition shrinkage.
• Managed teams of 50–70 agents.
• Experience with KPI, RCA, and 7QC tools.
• Should be from a BPO voice process (International Domestic campaigns preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly team reviews and drive the team to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure staff retention and associate development within the team.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
