Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Manager Operations for our International Domestic campaign. You will lead a team of 50-70 agents, drive performance, and ensure service levels with weekly reviews.

The role requires at least 2 years in international campaigns and hands on experience with throughput calculations and shrinkage metrics. Ideal candidates will be from a BPO voice background, possess strong communication, staff retention focus, and be able to align with KPI and RCA driven improvements across

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Domestic campaigns.
• Currently at Deputy Manager or Manager level on paper for International Domestic campaigns.
• Experience handling 50-70 agents in a contact center.
• Must have strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Familiar with KPI, RCA and 7QC tools.
• Only candidates from a BPO voice process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for international domestic campaigns.
• Lead 50-70 agents and conduct weekly reviews.
