Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Manager Operations for its International Domestic campaign. The role is Pan India with joining in 30 days or less and a salary package of 12 LPA to 16 LPA plus benefits.

Work modes include WFO, Hybrid, and Work From Home, aimed at dynamic process delivery. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in International Domestic campaigns, be from a BPO voice background, and capable of managing 50–70 agents, driving weekly team reviews, and sustaining staff

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in International Domestic campaigns.
• Currently a Deputy Manager or Manager on papers for International Domestic campaigns.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with throughput and attrition calculations.
• Handled teams of 50–70 agents.
• Familiar with KPI, RCA, and 7 QC tools.
• Experience in a BPO voice process only.
