Job summary

K Raheja Corp in Pune is seeking a Manager - MEP (Electrical) to lead electrical MEP works for commercial IT Park projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG sets, electrical panels, and safety standards, with priority on quality and compliance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience in electrical MEP execution for commercial/IT Park projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical MEP works for commercial IT Park projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Monitor HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure execution per drawings, specs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material availability, and progress.
• Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP teams.
• Conduct inspections and ensure testing & commissioning.
• Review measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
• Resolve technical/site issues with consultants/contractors.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical MEP works for commercial IT Park projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, material availability, and work progress.
• Coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct inspections and ensure testing & commissioning of electrical systems.
• Review measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.

Desired Skills

• Strong experience in electrical MEP execution for commercial / IT Park projects.
• Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG, transformers, electrical panels, lighting, ELV, and testing & commissioning.
• Strong contractor and consultant management skills.
• Good understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, BOQ, and estimation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale commercial / Grade-A IT Park projects will be preferred.
