Job summary

K Raheja Corp in Pune is seeking a Job Description Manager – MEP (Electrical) with 8–12 years of experience to lead electrical MEP execution on large commercial and residential projects.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams; review drawings, BOQs and shop drawings; monitor HT/LT systems, DG sets, panels and ELV; ensure execution per drawings, quality standards and timelines; oversee testing, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 8–12 years of experience in MEP
• Experience leading electrical MEP execution on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical MEP execution for commercial/residential projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Monitor installation of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and ELV systems.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, specifications, and project timelines.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, productivity, and progress.
• Coordinate with Civil, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and other MEP teams.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of electrical systems.
• Review measurements and contractor bills and support cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and project procedures
