Atomberg Technologies in Maharashtra, Chakan is seeking a proactive production leader to manage daily line operations, prioritise safety, quality and output targets.

You will drive RCA and Why-Why analysis, implement Kaizen initiatives, and coordinate with Quality, Stores, Dispatch while training operators on processes and safety.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (EMS preferred).
• Knowledge of production processes, RCA, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong manpower handling and stakeholder management skills.
