Job summary

Godrej Ventures in Mumbai seeks an experienced Project Manager for managed office spaces. You will oversee end-to-end project execution from LOI to delivery, ensuring alignment with design intent, budgets, timelines, and client requirements.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, cross-functional coordination with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams, and strong governance on LOIs and lease structures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
• 7-9 years of experience in managed office / co-working spaces.
• Experience in Grade A commercial real estate / office fit-outs / managed office delivery.
• Strong project management / PMC background with execution ownership.
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
• Working knowledge of LOIs, lease negotiations, and commercial structures.
• Prior experience in Managed Offices / Flex / Co-working environments is essential.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with high accountability.

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery (Critical)

• Oversee end-to-end execution of managed office projects from post-LOI/closure stage through delivery and handover.
• Ensure alignment with design intent, timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
• Drive coordination between design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor and ensure quality, compliance, and documentation rigor across all projects.

2. Process Management

• Track project economics, including billing, collections, and revenue realization.
• Support finalization and adherence to LOIs, lease agreements, and client deliverables.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary interface for clients post onboarding, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA or any equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
