Job summary

Godrej Ventures in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager for managed office spaces. You will oversee end-to-end project execution from post-LOI through delivery and handover, ensuring alignment with design intent, timelines, budgets, and client requirements.

You will coordinate between design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution, monitor quality and compliance, and manage client relationships post-onboarding to drive satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 7–9 years in managed office / co-working spaces.
• Experience in Grade A commercial real estate / office fit-outs / managed office delivery.
• Strong project management / PMC with execution ownership.
• Proven client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of LOIs, lease negotiations, and commercial structures.
• Prior experience in Managed Offices / Flex / Co-working environments is essential.

1. Project Execution & Delivery (Critical)

• Oversee end-to-end execution of managed office projects from post-LOI/closure stage through delivery and handover.
• Ensure alignment with design intent, timelines, budgets, and client requirements.
• Drive coordination between design consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor and ensure quality, compliance, and documentation rigor across all projects.

2. Process Management

• Track project economics, including billing, collections, and revenue realization.
• Support finalization and adherence to LOIs, lease agreements, and client deliverables.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary interface for clients post onboarding, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and delivery excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA or any equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
• 7-9 years of experience in managed office / co-working spaces.
• Experience in Grade A commercial real estate / office fit-outs / managed office delivery.
• Strong project management / PMC background with execution ownership.
• Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and stakeholder coordination.
