Job summary

Simpliwork is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects with strong MEP oversight and quality control. You will coordinate with consultants, architects and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets and specifications are met.

The role requires effective communication, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in construction management tools. Travel to other cities may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in workspace fit-out or similar sectors.
• Experience with D&B or coworking spaces is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with precision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical due diligence for assigned projects.
• Review drawings and BOQs for accuracy and ownership.
• Develop milestones and procurement plans for projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects and vendors from initiation to handover.
• Apply value engineering and cost-optimization throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide constructability reviews and mitigation during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and risk management.

Reporting To: Vice President/ Senior Manager (Regional Leads) – Projects

This role focuses on managing end-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects with a strong emphasis

on MEP oversight, technical due diligence, and quality control. The candidate will coordinate with

consultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and

budgets. The role requires effective communication, the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously, and proficiency in construction management tools.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough technical due diligence for all assigned projects.
• Possess strong knowledge of MEP systems and local authority approval processes.
• Review all project drawings and BOQs, ensuring full ownership and accuracy.
• Develop and present comprehensive project milestones and procurement plans to the business team.
• Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quality installation at every construction stage, verifying adherence to approved makes and models with no deviations.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, architects, and multiple vendors from project initiation through final client handover.
• Apply logical thinking, value engineering principles, and costoptimization strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide constructability reviews and propose mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction phases.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining performance standards.
• Support various internal teams when needed to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including minutes of meetings, and communicate project risks along with mitigation plans.
• Utilize construction management tools and software effectively.
• Travel to and oversee projects in other cities when required.
