Job summary

Infosun Technology in Mumbai, Maharashtra is seeking a Manager Learning Center of Excellence (L&D) to develop and implement the learning strategy aligned with business and workforce needs. You will build onboarding, role-based learning paths and employee development programs, and design digital content and assessments.

The role requires hands-on LMS management (Workday Learning mandatory), instructional design experience with Articulate Rise 360, and 8+ years in L&D or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design or learning program management.
• Hands-on experience managing an LMS; Workday Learning is mandatory
• Experience with instructional design and digital authoring tools; Articulate Rise 360 is an advantage
• Experience in frontline workforce training, safety/compliance learning and competency assessments
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or automation is preferred

• Support new site launches and drive adoption of learning programs across locations.
