Job summary

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is seeking an hands-on L&D Program Coordinator/Manager to support end-to-end planning and program management of learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, blended and digital formats.

The role involves coordinating timelines, dashboards and stakeholder communications, and working with business, HRBPs, SMEs, facilitators, vendors and technology teams to translate needs into engaging content and effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in human resources or psychology, Communication, Business or a related discipline; relevant certification is preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, instructional design or a related role, with hands-on experience in content, program management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and program management of learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, blended and digital formats.
• Coordinate timelines, trackers, nominations, calendars, communications, logistics and follow-up across multiple programs.
• Work with business, HRBPs, SMEs, facilitators, vendors and technology teams to gather requirements.
• Create, edit and maintain presentations, facilitator guides, participant material, job aids, microlearning and other L&D content.
• Curate online learning material and content creation, enrolment, completion tracking, feedback and basic learning analytics.
• Prepare program updates, dashboards and insights; recommend improvements to process and learner experience.
• Support virtual and in-person sessions, learner communications and the adoption of relevant digital or AI-enabled learning tools.

Role & responsibilities

Support the end-to-end planning and program management of learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, blended and digital formats. The role combines program management, e-learning content development, stakeholder coordination and learning operations.

Overall Job Responsibilities

• Support the learning team in planning and executing learning programs, learning journeys, workshops and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage timelines, trackers, nominations, calendars, communications, logistics and follow-up across multiple programs.
• Work with business, HRBPs, SMEs, facilitators, vendors and technology teams to gather requirements
• Create, edit and maintain presentations, facilitator guides, participant material, job aids, microlearning and other L&D content.
• Curate online learning material and content creation, enrolment, completion tracking, feedback and basic learning analytics.

• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and blended learning is an advantage
