Job summary

Radiant Guard Services in Pune, India, is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure accuracy, and disburse salaries on time. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus), labour laws, and payroll software.

You will coordinate with finance and HR, support audits, and implement improved controls. The ideal candidate will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual returns, maintain records, and lead payroll process

• Must have hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursal.
• Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Welfare Fund.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
• Manage statutory returns and filings monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Handle payroll reconciliations, salary structures, settlements, and deductions.
• Maintain employee records, payroll registers, attendance, and leaves data.
• Coordinate with finance and HR for payroll processing and audits.
• Manage statutory audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely deposit of statutory contributions and taxes.
• Monitor changes in labour laws and implement updates.
• Handle payroll-related employee queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and improve payroll processes, policies, and internal controls.
