Job summary

Creamy Foods is seeking an experienced Manager HR (Recruitment & Training) to oversee end-to-end recruitment and employee training initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening talent acquisition, ensuring timely manpower availability, and developing effective training programs across the organization.

The candidate should have 15+ years of HR experience, with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, and exposure to manufacturing or FMCG/food industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and training.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related management field preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG/food industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Coordinate with HODs and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Coordinate employee joining and onboarding activities.
• Identify training needs and develop annual/monthly training plans.
• Design, coordinate, and execute employee training programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers as required.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure outcomes/ROI.
• Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure training outcomes/ROI.
• Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of relevant experience in HR, particularly in Recruitment & Training.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resource Management preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or food industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong exposure to field recruitment, manpower planning, and employee training.
