Job summary

KEC International in Mumbai seeks a senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for lateral, mid-management, and leadership roles across EPC, Heavy Manufacturing, Power, Infrastructure, and Engineering sectors.

Collaborate with business leaders on manpower planning, drive multi-channel sourcing, manage offers and onboarding, and track hiring metrics to boost candidate experience and employer branding.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR from Tier 1/2 institute required.
• Strong academic background expected.
• Experience in EPC/Heavy Manufacturing/Power/Infrastructure/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for lateral, mid-management and leadership roles, ensuring timely closure of critical business requirements.
