Walls And Dreams is seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution for luxurious residential interiors. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, vendors and clients, and ensure premium-quality finishing within project timelines.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in interior site supervision, strong residential project experience, and hands-on fit-out expertise.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in interior site supervision.
• Strong experience in residential interior projects mandatory.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with strong experience in residential projects and luxury interior execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising complete interior execution at site, coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients, managing manpower and materials, and ensuring high-quality finishing as per approved designs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day interior execution activities at residential project sites.
• Handle luxury residential interior projects from execution stage to final handover.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, Site Engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Supervise modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceilings, partitions, wall paneling, flooring, painting, polishing, and other finishing works.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other MEP-related interior works.
• Manage skilled and unskilled manpower and allocate work according to project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure premium-quality finishing and detailing.
• Check site measurements, levels, dimensions, and installation quality.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper material handling and storage at site.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, material requirements, and site updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely completion of assigned works.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure minimal material wastage.
• Maintain proper site discipline, cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
• Assist in snagging, rectification, final inspection, and project handover.

Required Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in interior site supervision.
• Strong experience in residential interior projects is mandatory.
• Experience in luxury / high-end residential interiors will be highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in complete interior fit‑out and finishing works.
• Experience in handling contractors, vendors, and site manpower.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and finishing.
• Excellent site supervision and manpower management skills.
• Good knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings, layouts, sections, and working drawings.
• Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of site measurements and quantity requirements.
• Strong quality control and attention to detail.
• Good client coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
