Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation in Jamshedpur invites an experienced Manager – Filed Services to lead service operations, handle warranty issues, and drive revenue from spares and ASC spare business.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor field staff, and promote safety culture while delivering high-quality customer experiences in a dynamic industrial setting. This role requires 5–8 years in LV/MV switchgear and IA products, with strong CRM and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with LV/MV switchgear and IA products.
• Ability to manage service sales channels (spares/AMC/OCM).
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all LK Products
• Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business
• Improving customer touch points by means of conducting Unsolicited Service Campaigns/Firstserve/In Plant Training Programs
• Improving the Effectiveness & Efficiency of Customer Experience of Madurai Branch (Call Closure Time, Net Satisfaction Score etc)
• inculcating safety culture within Team & partners to ensure zero accidents
• Co‑ordinating with cross functions on improving product quality (Design/Quality/Sales/BD) based on field Input

Experience Range: 5- 8 Years

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

1. Handling of branch warranty/post warranty complaints of all the LK Products
2. Achieving Revenue Targets of Spares/Recurring Business and ASC ACB Spare Business
