BASE Automation is seeking a seasoned professional with over 11 years in Industrial Automation to lead Customer Support and CRM initiatives. The role emphasizes managing AMC, breakdown support, and commissioning while strengthening customer relationships.

A strong background in electrical/electronic engineering and hands-on service management is essential. The ideal candidate will oversee service engineering teams, drive preventive maintenance programs, and leverage RCA to improve system

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 11+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, including 5+ years in leading Customer Support/CRM/Service Engineering teams.
• Experience in AMC management, breakdown support, commissioning and customer relationship management.

Qualification and Experience:

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 11+ years of experience in Industrial Automation, Minimum 5+ years of experience in leading Customer Support / CRM / Service Engineering teams.
• Experience in managing AMC, breakdown support, commissioning, and customer relationship management.
