Job summary

MEL Systems and Services Ltd. seeks an adaptable technical support specialist to handle electrical and software-related issues at customer sites. You will troubleshoot PLC communication, assist with installation and commissioning, and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues.

Role requires traveling to sites, handling phone/email/remote support, and maintaining documentation. Familiarity with MES/SCADA and industrial automation is a plus, along with a basic Python background.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical or Electronics or related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of Python-based software and industrial automation.
• Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and industrial communication protocols.
• Understanding of software applications, databases, and Windows environment.

Responsibilities
