Through direct partnerships with top OEMs and app developers, Appnext creates a discovery experience in over 10,000 mobile touchpoints, utilizing its 'Timeline' technology that predicts the apps users are likely to use next. Our solutions help app marketers reach more engaged users and get their apps discovered, used and re‑used.

As we expand, we are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team and ensure our clients achieve success with our products.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and helping them leverage our platform effectively.
• Proactively monitor client performance, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges.
• Provide strategic recommendations and data‑driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvements.
• Track key account metrics, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in Ad Tech, MarTech, or Digital Advertising.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and analytics tools.
• Experience with third‑party attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Sales experience either upselling, cross‑selling, or both is required.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Fluency in English.
• BA – a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or similar fields.
