Job summary

Redion is seeking a capable professional to manage Sales Support, Insurance Operations, and platform management. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and accurate documentation across systems.

Key responsibilities include policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and using CRM tools and online sales platforms. Excel-based analytics and team collaboration will be essential for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years in Sales Support / Insurance Operations / Client Operations / Business Operations.
• Strong working knowledge of multiple IT portals / online sales platforms / CRM tools; process improvement mindset.
• Excel skills and analytical mindset; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities :

• Sales Support, Client & Insurance Operations - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution, ensure efficiency across processes
• Manage insurance operations such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and coordination with insurers/partners, and ensure proper documentation across systems
• Platform Management - Online Sales Platform Expertise, Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, ensure data accuracy and timely updates across platforms, Understand and use key features of online sales platforms
• Excel skills and analytical mindset, Communication, Excel & Data Skills, Analytics & Reporting, accurate records-keeping
