Kamal Krishna Builders is seeking a results-driven professional to manage data, create Excel-based reports, trackers and dashboards, and to consolidate data from multiple sources to support management decisions.

In this role you will handle marketing and financial analysis, track campaign performance and budgeting, assist with profitability assessments, and support CRM data quality and sales pipeline reporting.

Formación

• 24 years of experience in business operations, MIS reporting, sales operations, business analysis or similar roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets and other commonly used business applications.

Responsabilidades

• Data Management & Excel Analysis: Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards and analytical summaries; Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement; Organize, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources to support management decisions.
• Marketing & Financial Analysis: Track marketing campaigns, lead generation performance, conversion rates and marketing expenditure; Prepare periodic reports comparing campaign performance, costs and business outcomes; Assist with financial analysis, expense tracking, budgeting and basic profitability assessments.
• Sales Operations & CRM Support: Maintain and monitor CRM data, lead allocation, follow-up activity and sales pipeline reports; Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely updates of customer information.
• Business Operations & Management Support: Work closely with management on ongoing business priorities and special projects; Support implementation of new processes, software tools and operational improvements; Handle ad hoc analytical, administrative and operational assignments as required.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Excel Analysis

• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, dashboards and analytical summaries.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Organize, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources to support management decisions.

2. Marketing & Financial Analysis

• Track marketing campaigns, lead generation performance, conversion rates and marketing expenditure.

3. Sales Operations & CRM Support

Preferred candidate profile:

• 24 years of experience in business operations, MIS reporting, sales operations, business analysis or similar roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and data analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets and other commonly used business applications.
• Comfortable learning new software, CRM platforms and digital tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently execute assigned tasks with accuracy and accountability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, proactive and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
