Job summary

Esds Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Strategy professional with expertise in PMS, KPI/KRA design, and strategy execution to align organizational goals with business performance. You will lead annual and long-term planning, design organization-wide PMS, KPIs, KRAs and OKRs, and develop performance dashboards using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.

This role offers exposure to C‑suite leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to drive measurable improvements

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in PMS, KPI/KRA frameworks, and business strategy.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• MBA in Strategy/Finance preferred; PMP or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities
