Job summary

Protium Finance Ltd in India is seeking an analytics professional to monitor daily business performance, forecast, and drive growth initiatives.

You will build dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel, and prepare impactful presentations for Leadership and Opcom reviews while collaborating across Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Product teams.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence senior leadership on incentive design and productivity programs are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics, MIS, Sales Planning, or Business Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in BFSI/NBFC/Financial Services preferred.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and influence decision-making.
• Prior exposure to sales incentive design, performance management, or business analytics will be an added advantage
