Michael Page, a world-leading recruitment firm, seeks a Recruitment professional for its Public Policy Practice in India. The role focuses on identifying and developing client relationships, driving new business, and cross-selling to expand revenue streams across domestic and international markets.

The successful applicant will bring 5–15 years of recruitment or executive search experience, particularly in policy/development/social impact sectors, and demonstrate ability to manage end-to-end

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in policy/development/social impact recruitment or executive search.
• Experience building client relationships in dynamic markets.
• Ability to drive new business and cross-sell to existing clients.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Identify and develop client/business relationships in a dynamic environment.
• Drive new business development via reaching out to clients, candidate references, industry events,
• Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling and identifying new clients.
• Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market
• Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities.
• Driving mid-senior level hiring for your clients.
• Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer.
• Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for candidates coming from recruitment search or executive search background with 5 -15 years of experience working in Policy/Development/Social impact sectors.
