• Identify and develop client/business relationships in a dynamic environment
• Drive new business development via reaching out to clients, candidate references, industry events,Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling and identifying new clients
• Continually seek to build expertise and specialisation in the chosen marketConsult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities
• Driving mid-senior level hiring for your clients.Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer.Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

The Successful Applicant

• We are looking for candidates coming from recruitment search or executive search background with 5 -15 years of experience working in Policy/Development/Social impact sectors
