Job summary

Amogha Polymers in Coimbatore seeks an experienced professional for labour and recruitment roles at the HO. Qualifications

• 35–42 years age group, with at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience handling labour contractors at factory level.
• Familiarity with labour laws and HO/branch office administration.
• Experience shortlisting and recruiting sales personnel at branch level.
• Proficient in English, Tamil; Hindi spoken; candidates fluent in Hindi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with factory operations to manage labour contractors and staffing.
• Shortlist and recruit sales personnel for branch offices.
• Assist in HO/branch admin tasks and labour law compliance.

Job description

The candidate should be in 35 to 42 Yrs age group with 10 Yrs plus

Experience in manufacturing industry handling labour contractors at the factory,

Familiarity with labour laws,HO / Branch office administration etc.

Should have sufficient experience in shortlisting & recruiting sales personnel at the Branches.

Should have good communications skills in English & fluent in Tamil & spoken HIndi.

Candidated who cannot speak fluent Hindi need not apply.

The candidate will be based at HO at Coimbatore.

Preference will be given to Coimbatore based candidates who if selected can join within a month.
