Job summary

Sdna Global is seeking an experienced HR professional for a Plant/Manufacturing environment in Maharashtra. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations across the manufacturing setup.

You will lead manpower planning, payroll coordination, compliance with labour laws, and onboarding/offboarding, while partnering with plant management to align HR services with business needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in Plant/Manufacturing/Industrial environments.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of employee relations and labour compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition from sourcing to joining.
• Handle manpower planning and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Manage Plant HR Operations, employee records, attendance and HR MIS.
• Handle employee engagement, grievances and employee relations.
• Coordinate payroll and manage HR-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Support performance management and employee development activities.
• Manage onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
• Work closely with plant management and business teams on HR requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in Plant/Manufacturing/Industrial environments.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of employee relations and labour compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA/PGDM HR preferred.
• Candidates from companies in Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, FMCG, Pharma or similar industries preferred.
• Candidates residing Virar, Vasai or Nala Sopara will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
