Job summary

Wakefit Innovations is seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing plant. You will handle employee relations, compliance, and documentation while coordinating with plant leadership to ensure smooth workforce management.

The role requires hands-on experience in Plant/Factory HR, strong knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to manage contractual and piece-rate workers. Fluent Hindi and Kannada are mandatory, with excellent MS Excel reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Plant/Factory/Manufacturing HR.
• Strong knowledge of applicable labour laws and factory regulations.
• Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is mandatory.
• Experience managing contractual and piece-rate labour.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel for HR reporting.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day plant HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage contractual and piece-rate workforce, including attendance, manpower deployment, and coordination with contractors.
• Coordinate with plant operations and business teams to address workforce-related concerns.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance data, and HR MIS reports.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on workforce planning and manpower-related requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of HR administrative activities and maintain accurate records.

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience in Plant HR, Factory HR, or Manufacturing HR.
• Good knowledge of applicable labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Fluency in Hindi and Kannada is mandatory.
• Experience managing contractual labour and piece-rate workforce.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing or factory environments and the ability to manage a large workforce are preferred. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with plant leadership, contractors, and employees to ensure effective HR operations.
