Job summary

Micro Labs in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager API Pharma Sales to drive revenue across APAC and SEA markets. You will develop sales strategies, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and cultivate long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of API or bulk drug sales experience, solid regulatory knowledge (EU-GMP, CEP, DMF), and strong communication and negotiation skills to sustain partnerships and deliver targets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of API or bulk drug sales experience.
• Experience in APAC/SEA markets preferred.
• Knowledge of EU-GMP, CEP, DMF, and related pharma regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements.
• Work closely with R&D, regulatory, production, and supply chain teams for smooth order execution.
• Support customers with technical and regulatory documentation (DMFs, CoAs, etc.).
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
