MSN India is seeking a Senior Executive / Junior Manager to support regional sales heads in API business operations in Hyderabad. The role involves coordinating with customers, planning, manufacturing, quality, licensing, and logistics to ensure smooth order-to-dispatch processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–6 years in API sales, exposure to international customers, and solid knowledge of regulatory and IP landscapes. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and timely delivery are essential.

• 2–6 years of API sales and marketing experience in API companies.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Knowledge of API development and manufacturing.
• Good understanding of pharma regulatory and IP landscape.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work and deliver in tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales Managers in handling Enquiry to Order for commercial and new products.
• Support Order to Cash cycle including receivables management.
• Coordinate with customers for order and dispatch related communications and documentation.
• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, quality, licensing, and logistics for dispatches.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Quality/R&D/Regulatory/IP for technical information.
• Other responsibilities may be added based on business requirements.

ROLE

Senior Executive / Junior Manager / Asst Manager – Sales Support to Regional Sales Heads / Sales Managers in commercial operations of API Business

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Sales Managers in managing Enquiry to Orderfor commercial & new products
• Support Sales Managers in managing Order to Cashcycle including receivables management
• Coordinate with customers for Order & dispatchrelated communications & documentation support
• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, quality.Licensing team and logistics for dispatches
• Coordinate with cross functional teams as Quality /R&D / Regulatory / IP for various technical information required bycustomer

Besides this, otherresponsibilities can also be added based on business requirements.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 2-6 years of experience in API Sales & Marketing function inAPI company
• Exposure of working with international customers
