Job summary

Mobavenue AI Tech Limited in Mumbai is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to lead end-to-end contract closure, drafting, vetting, and negotiation across clients, vendors, leases, HR, and operations.

You will advise business leaders PAN India and globally on regulatory changes, ensure policy alignment, and collaborate with finance and HR to manage legal risk. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing AI AdTech firm.

• End to end closure of contracts, drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalization of agreements & legal documents (Clients, Vendors, Marketing, Leases, HR, operations, etc.)
• Advising and counselling the business, by giving them legal support to minimise the risk of the organization and advise management on regulatory changes impacting business
• Collaborate with business leaders from markets PAN India and Global, as well as with supporting functions like Finance, HR and provide guidance on legal risks, policy development and other business-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, products and business
• Will be responsible to manage relationship with legal team of key clients/vendors/etc
