• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports


• Collect, compile, and validate data from multiple sources


• Analyze data trends and present insights to management


• Prepare analytical data as per the request of the management


• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards


• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data


• Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible


• Coordinate with departments to understand reporting requirements


• Track KPIs and performance metrics


• Support audits and compliance reporting as required


• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI


• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace


• Basic understanding of databases and data management and accountancy


• Analytical and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple reports
