Job summary

Mobhero in Mumbai is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end contract management and legal documentation across functions, including clients, vendors, licenses and leases.

You will advise the business on regulatory changes, mitigate risk, and collaborate with Finance, HR and operations to align policies and practices with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end closure of contracts, drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalization of agreements & legal documents (Clients, Vendors, Marketing, Leases, HR, operations).
• Advising and counselling the business by giving legal support to minimise risk and informing management on regulatory changes impacting business.
• Collaborate with market leaders PAN India and globally; coordinate with Finance, HR and support functions to address legal risks, policy development and related issues.
