Job summary

• Strong exposure to West Maharashtra and Gujarat pharma markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies for API products.
• Manage and grow key accounts including formulators, pharma manufacturers, and exporters.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
• Support product launches, technical presentations, and customer audits.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
