Policybazaar is seeking a senior DSF Sales Leader to oversee a 300+ member direct sales force in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

You will drive revenue growth, optimize productivity, and implement scalable strategies across multiple sales levels, ensuring compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall experience in DSF / Direct Sales / Field Sales / B2C Sales.
• Proven experience managing a 300+ member team.
• Strong leadership, people-management, analytical and decision-making skills.

• Proven experience managing a 300+ member team.
• Strong experience handling multiple layers of sales leadership.
• Excellent understanding of DSF operations, sales funnel, productivity, and revenue management.
• Strong leadership, people-management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Fluency in the relevant regional language is mandatory.
• Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, E-commerce, or other high-volume B2C sales environments will be preferred.
