We have anexciting opportunity for young energetic MBA – HR/Psychology freshers tobe part of a growing organization called Embark. • Conduct market and talent research to identify potential candidatesusing diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social mediaplatforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
  
• Build, organize, and maintain talent pipelines for current andfuture hiring needs, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill roles for GCCclients.
  
• Initiate outreach to passive candidates, assess initial interest,and support relationship-building efforts to create a strong candidatenetwork.
  
• Collaborate with recruiters, team leads, and hiring managers tounderstand role requirements, skill expectations, and ideal candidateprofiles.
  
• Assist in developing innovative and effective sourcing strategieswhile staying updated on emerging recruitment trends, tools, and bestpractices.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System(ATS), support sourcing reports, and track key recruitment metrics.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives by representing theorganization professionally and promoting its value proposition to attracthigh-quality talent.
  

Preferredcandidate profile:

• Postgraduatedegree MBA in HR/ Psychology background with a strong academic record(CGPA of >7/ 10 ).
  
• Basegraduation in B.E and a recruitment experience as intern will be an addedadvantage.
