Job summary

Shoppers Stop is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern in Mumbai, India, to support our recruitment team in end-to-end processes and corporate hiring practices. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.

You will work closely with the recruiting team to build pipelines, coordinate campus hiring, and generate recruitment insights using MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or final-year student in related fields.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Support campus hiring and internship recruitment initiatives.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Share interview details and follow up on feedback.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
• Assist in posting jobs across various recruitment platforms.
• Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Generate hiring reports and recruitment MIS.
