ANTS Digital Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon is seeking a motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. You will be involved in end-to-end recruitment and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

You will source candidates, screen, call, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding. 0-6 months experience preferred; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred, freshers welcome, and you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related specialization preferred.
• Freshers welcome with postgraduate HR degree.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. The role offers hands‑on exposure to the end‑to‑end recruitment process while working closely with the HR team and hiring managers.

Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, candidate calls, interview coordination, and follow‑ups.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.

Create and post job openings on LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referral boards.

Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and support timely hiring.

Assist the HR team with onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.

Maintain ATS, candidate records, and other relevant HR documentation.

Requirements

0-6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization preferred.

Freshers who have recently completed their postgraduate degree in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
