• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.
• Monitor candidate pipelines, interviews, and joining ratios.
• Train, mentor, and motivate recruiters for productivity and quality.
• Prepare recruitment MIS, performance reports, and hiring updates.
• Identify challenges in recruitment processes and implement corrective actions.
• Follow up with candidates to minimize dropouts and improve joining ratios.
