Job summary

Steelez is seeking a Management Trainee for Business Development in Indore. Fresher welcomed; 0-1 year experience. You will assist in client outreach, prospecting, and relationship management while supporting BD targets and auction-related tasks.

You will learn to coordinate with senior team members, travel within the region for field visits, and develop market insights in the industrial secondary products space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Fresher welcome; 0-1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Client outreach support.
• Support BD team in prospecting new clients through online and offline research.
• Assist in retaining existing clients through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
• Help finalize deals by coordinating with senior BD team and clients.
• Work towards annual target of new client signings.
• Auction support: plan and monitor listed auctions.
• Collaborate with operations team for auction execution.
• Support market analysis to ensure benchmark pricing for buyers/sellers/clients.
• Conduct field visits and collect market feedback for team discussions.
• Stay curious and proactively develop knowledge of the industrial secondary products space.
