V2 Retail Ltd invites applications for a Management Trainee in Warehouse/Distribution Centre. Located at Farrukhnagar, Haryana, this role provides exposure to MIS reporting, data validation, and stock reconciliation under guidance from senior teams.

The position targets graduates/postgraduates in management or operations with strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and a willingness to learn warehouse processes and data-driven decision making.

• MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to warehouse operations.
• Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel and internal systems.
• Monitor and track inward, outward, inventory movement, and stock reconciliation under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to understand processes and validate data.
• Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, reporting standards, and operational controls.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Location: Warehouse (V2 Retail Ltd), Village Khentawas, Farrukhnagar, District- Gurugram, Haryana- 122506

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to warehouse operations
• Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel and internal systems
• Monitor and track inward, outward, inventory movement, and stock reconciliation under the guidance of senior team members
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of operational reports to managementCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to understand processes and validate data
• Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements
• Gain hands‑on exposure to warehouse operations, reporting standards, and operational controls
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects as assigned

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred)
• Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn warehouse operations, MIS reporting, and data‑driven decision‑making

Compensation Details: 20000-45000 per month
