Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of MIS reports for warehouse operations.
• Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel and internal systems.
• Monitor inward/outward inventory movements and stock reconciliation under guidance.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of operational reports to management.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to validate data.
• Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and reporting standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

Location: Warehouse (V2 Retail Ltd), Old Delhi Road, Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal, Kolkata - 712203

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to warehouse operations
• Support data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel and internal systems
• Monitor and track inward, outward, inventory movement, and stock reconciliation under the guidance of senior team members
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of operational reports to management
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to understand processes and validate data
• Support internal audits, compliance checks, and documentation requirements
• Gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations, reporting standards, and operational controls
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred)
• Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn warehouse operations, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making
