Aufgaben

• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance plans for all plant machinery.
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, electrical systems, HVAC, compressors, boilers, DG sets, chillers, and other plant infrastructure.
• Ensure minimum equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning and timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including engineers, technicians, electricians, and fitters.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improving machine reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely execution of equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and qualification activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and procurement of critical maintenance materials.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, GMP, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain equipment history records, maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance documentation.
• Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive cost optimization initiatives, energy conservation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure calibration and timely servicing of critical equipment and utility systems in coordination with concerned departments.
• Monitor and evaluate maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, breakdown frequency, maintenance costs, and MTTR/MTBF.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and safe maintenance practices.
