Job summary

Saini Electrical Engineering Pvt Ltd is seeking a maintenance professional to lead and execute preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance across all production machinery, utilities and plant systems. The role focuses on uptime, reliability, and cost-effective operations.

The candidate should drive RCA, manage maintenance budgets, lead TPM initiatives, and ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance with focus on reliability.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and control panels.
• Exposure to TPM, lean manufacturing and automation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Maintain production machinery, utilities, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and EOT cranes.
• Drive RCA, implement corrective actions to reduce recurring failures.
• Plan and control maintenance budgets, spares, and contractor performance.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, relocation and upgrade of equipment.
• Ensure safety, environmental and quality compliance across the plant.
• Develop maintenance team through training and TPM initiatives; track KPIs like OEE, MTBF, MTTR.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and plant uptime.
• Manage maintenance of all production machinery, utilities, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, DG sets, EOT cranes, and plant infrastructure.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA), implement corrective actions, and reduce recurring equipment failures to improve reliability and productivity.
• Plan, monitor, and control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor/contractor performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Lead installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgradation of machinery and plant equipment to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, environmental, and quality requirements while promoting safe maintenance practices across the plant.
• Develop and lead the maintenance team through training, performance management, TPM initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and achievement of maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
