Job summary

Suprajit Engineering in Bengaluru seeks a skilled maintenance professional to plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across production equipment. • Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
• Monitor machine breakdowns, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Ensure availability of critical spares, tools, and maintenance consumables.
• Drive TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Projects teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and electrical requirements.
• Control maintenance costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team through training and performance monitoring.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machines and utilities.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
