Job summary

Shavish Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across our manufacturing operations in Maharashtra. You will ensure high equipment availability, lead a team of technicians, and drive continuous improvements in OEE and reliability.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems, manage spares, budgets, and vendor coordination, and ensure adherence to safety and TPM standards.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or automotive components.
• Hands-on machine maintenance and preventive maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.
• Handle PLC and VFD troubleshooting, preferably Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, and Delta.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in OEE and machine reliability.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and engineers, ensuring effective task allocation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, TPM, and applicable quality management systems.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and equipment documentation.
• Support machinery installation, commissioning, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
