Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in Pune is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to ensure machine availability, execute preventive and predictive maintenance, and drive TPM, 5S, and safety compliance. You will troubleshoot CNC, HMC, VMC and related equipment, maintain history logs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime to align with production targets.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and proactive maintenance practices to sustain optimal equipment performance

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting of CNC, HMC, VMC, SPM, grinding, balancing, super-finishing, robotic washing, gantry and heat-treatment equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine/equipment availability as per production targets and achieve KPI/business plan objectives.
• Attend and resolve equipment breakdowns with minimum downtime; maintain equipment health and reliability.
• Execute preventive, predictive and shift maintenance activities as per schedule.
• Conduct Why-Why/RCA analysis and implement Kaizen for equipment downtime reduction.
• Maintain equipment history, MIC check sheets and maintenance records with 100% adherence.
• Control maintenance spare costs and carry out in-house repair of repairable spares.
• Implement TPM, 5S, ODR and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure safe working practices with 100% compliance to PPE, LOTO and safety interlocks.
• Maintain equipment downtime below 1% and planned maintenance schedule adherence above 98%.

• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Expertise in CNC programming, machine geometry and spindle reconditioning.
• Basic knowledge of plant utilities and industrial maintenance systems.
